Very nice home cooked food, very tasty. I had the chilli and it was first class. Friendly staff and good service, good atmosphere. Outstanding value for money. We will be back.

Went to Borough Arms tonight for a meal, took a little while for food to arrive but when the meal arrived it was lovely home cooked food, beautifully presented and generous portions. Could't find fault with anything. Staff pleasant and delicious real food. Would definitely go again in the future. The last time I went there was about 45 years ago!

Sunday lunch. Lovely waitress,very attentive. Quick service but what a let down our roast was. Boiled parsnips, what's wrong with roast parsnips. Raw red cabbage, much too tough to eat. Roast beef that couldn't be cut with the knife provided. Diced Swede and carrot totally lacking in flavour. And thin,watery gravy to add insult to injury. Baileys cheesecake was better but all in all a very disappointing meal. Dont think we'll be back,sorry.

Having been for lunch and carvery we were very impressed, food was delicious, friendly staff, premises was clean. Overall 10/10 we will definitely be returning regularly! Thanks guys! X

Recently revamped 2019 - had a lovely meal, fantastic table service, friendly staff and home cooked menu with daily specials. Level access, although a few steps to the loo. Would recommend as a a great local pub with regular Wednesday night quizzes!

Absolutely fantastic carvery. Very friendly and warm pub with good food, good selection of beers, plenty of parking and most importantly dog friendly. Can't wait to pop back again....
